Simmons Shores Homes – This is a great subdivision full of homes that range from starter to mid-level homes. Simmons Shores is located on the very tip of the east side of the peninsula in Pottsboro, TX. Lots are generally 50X100 and you must have a minimum of 3 lots to build on.
There is a community pool located toward the entrance of the area and a boat ramp and dock on the lake side.
Homes range in price (generally) from $75-$160K
There is a great sense of community in Simmons Shores and this is an excellent area for full time families, a great area to walk or ride your bike in – and most definitely a great golf cart community!
